Alan Sewell visited the chemical factory at Baupte in July 2001. Although access to this railway is difficult, views of the yard can be obtained from the boundary fence at the rear entry to the works. The railway only operates during the summer months, from about May to September

Loco No.01 was an unidentified 0-4-0, and was seen shunting in the yard.

It is thought that these locos are probably 1949 built LLD locotracteurs, but a positive identification has yet to be completed.

On another occassion, the Blue loco passes with a loaded train.

In 2016 the Bon Repos Railway in Britanny purchased No.1, as this loco had become surplus after the Baupte Peatworks purcased a new Schoma loco see here in the distance.
